Terms & Conditions oyo99 – Platform Terms of Use Malaysia

Welcome to oyo99. This Terms & Conditions document ("Terms") constitutes a legally binding agreement between you ("Member" or "User") and oyo99 ("we" or "the Platform"). By registering an account, making a deposit, or using any service provided by oyo99, you agree to be bound by all Terms set out herein.

Oyo99 is an online sports betting and casino platform operating in Malaysia, offering services that cover sports betting (Malaysia Super League football, EPL, BWF badminton, ICC cricket, and over 30 other sports), Live Casino, slots, poker, and e-sports. All services are governed by these Terms.

These Terms should be read together with oyo99's Privacy Policy and our responsible gaming policy, all of which form the entire agreement between you and oyo99. In the event of any conflict between these Terms and any other agreement, these Terms shall prevail unless otherwise stated in writing.

To access the full range of oyo99 services, you will need to register a valid account. Registration is free and open to all individuals who meet the following requirements:

• Must be at least 21 years old on the date of registration.
• Malaysian citizens or permanent residents with valid proof of identity.
• Has never had an account previously closed by oyo99 for fraud or a breach of the Terms.
• Not currently listed on any active self-exclusion programme.

Each individual is only permitted to hold one oyo99 account. Opening multiple accounts is strictly prohibited. oyo99 reserves the right to merge, suspend, or close any duplicate accounts found, including forfeiting any associated balances or bonuses.

You are responsible for ensuring that all information provided during and after registration is accurate, complete, and up to date. oyo99 reserves the right to request identity verification (KYC — Know Your Customer) at any time, including copies of your identification document, proof of address, and proof of the payment method used. Failure to provide the requested documents within the stipulated timeframe may result in account suspension.

All transactions on oyo99 are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (RM). oyo99 does not accept transactions in foreign currencies. The accepted payment methods for deposits and withdrawals are as follows:

Minimum deposit: RM10. Maximum daily deposit: Subject to the limits set by the payment method and the member's account tier. Minimum withdrawal: RM30. oyo99 does not charge any fees for standard deposits or withdrawals; however, payment providers may apply their own charges.

Withdrawals may only be made to the same payment method used for the deposit, for fraud prevention and anti-money laundering purposes. oyo99 reserves the right to suspend any suspicious withdrawal pending investigation. All withdrawals exceeding RM10,000 require additional identity verification.

Oyo99 offers a range of bonuses and promotions for new and active members. All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements that must be met before any bonus funds can be converted to cash or withdrawn.

Welcome Bonus (100% up to RM1,000): Available to new members on their first deposit. The rollover requirement is 20x the total of deposit + bonus. For example, if you deposit RM100 and receive a bonus of RM100 (total RM200), you must wager RM200 × 20 = RM4,000 before any bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn.

• The bonus is valid for your first deposit only.
• Members must opt in to claim a bonus during the deposit process.
• Bonuses cannot be used in conjunction with other promotions unless otherwise stated.
• Oyo99 reserves the right to void any bonus if irregular betting activity is detected.

Weekly Sports Rebate (1.2%): Calculated based on total valid sports bets placed within a week (Monday–Sunday). Credited every Monday. Rebates carry no wagering requirement and may be withdrawn directly.

Oyo99 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate any promotion at any time. oyo99's decisions regarding bonus eligibility are final and binding.

Sports Betting at oyo99 covers over 30 sports, including football (Malaysia Super League, EPL, La Liga, Champions League), badminton (BWF World Tour, Thomas Cup), cricket (ICC T20 World Cup, IPL), tennis, NBA basketball, e-sports (Mobile Legends, DOTA 2), and Formula 1.

• All confirmed bets are final and cannot be cancelled or amended.
• For live in-play betting, the odds locked in at the time of confirmation are the odds used for settlement.
• If a match is postponed or abandoned before 90% of regular playing time has been completed (for football), bets will be voided unless otherwise specified in the sport-specific rules.
• In the event of a disputed result or an obvious error in odds-setting, oyo99 reserves the right to void and refund the relevant bets.
• The maximum bet per match depends on the sport, league, and market selected.

For football Asian Handicap markets, settlement is based on the result at the end of regular time (90 minutes), excluding extra time or penalties, unless otherwise stated. oyo99 follows international rules for the settlement of all sports markets.

Oyo99 provides access to casino games including Live Casino (baccarat, roulette, blackjack, sic bo), slots, and online poker tables. All casino games on oyo99 are operated by licensed software providers using independently certified random number generators (RNG).

For Live Casino, real dealers run the games from an accredited studio. Results displayed on screen are the actual, final outcomes. In the event of a technical issue during a live game session, oyo99 will review the video recording as the definitive reference.

• Minimum and maximum bet limits for each table or slots game are displayed within the game interface.
• Oyo99 is not liable for any losses arising from connectivity issues on the player's end.
• Attempting to exploit any glitch or bug in a game is prohibited and may result in account closure.
• For poker, available tables and betting limits are displayed in the poker lobby. Chip dumping and collusion are strictly prohibited.

Oyo99 members are strictly prohibited from doing any of the following:

• Registering more than one account, including under another person's name.
• Using automated software, bots, or any other technical means to place bets or access the platform without authorisation.
• Laundering illicit funds or using the oyo99 platform for any illegal activity.
• Exploiting any technical errors, bugs, or obvious odds discrepancies to gain an unfair advantage.
• Abusing the bonus system through wagering designed solely to meet rollover requirements without genuine risk (bonus abuse or arbitrage).
• Sharing your account or granting third-party access to use your account.
• Using someone else's credit card or payment method without authorisation.

Any breach of the above prohibitions entitles oyo99 to suspend or close the account without notice, forfeit any remaining balance and bonuses, and pursue appropriate legal action where necessary.

Members may close their oyo99 account at any time by contacting our support team via live chat or email at support@oyo99.best. Before closure, please ensure all pending withdrawals have been processed.

Oyo99 reserves the right to suspend or close a member's account for any of the following reasons:

• Violation of any part of these Terms.
• Failure to provide the requested identity verification documents.
• Activity that is suspicious or potentially involves fraud or money laundering.
• Requests from relevant authorities or regulatory bodies.
• At the member's own request through the self-exclusion programme.

In the event of account closure due to a breach of Terms, oyo99 reserves the right to forfeit any balance, bonuses, and winnings held in the account. Members whose accounts are closed for legitimate reasons may submit an appeal by email within 30 days of the closure date.

Oyo99 provides its platform "as is" without any express or implied warranties regarding continuous availability, error-free operation, or fitness for a particular purpose. oyo99 is not liable for:

• Any financial losses arising from betting activity on the platform.
• Service interruptions due to system maintenance, technical faults, or circumstances beyond our control (force majeure).
• Any betting outcome affected by internet connectivity issues on the member's end.
• Indirect, consequential, or punitive losses even if oyo99 has been informed of the possibility of such losses.

Oyo99's maximum liability to any member under any circumstances shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that member in the 30 days preceding the claim. This section does not limit any liability that cannot be excluded under applicable Malaysian law.

Oyo99 reserves the right to modify, update, or replace any part of these Terms at any time. Members will be notified of significant changes via their registered email or an in-platform notice at least 7 days before the changes take effect, unless those changes are required by law or regulatory directive and must take effect immediately.

Continued use of the oyo99 platform after any changes to the Terms take effect will be considered your acceptance of the updated Terms. It is your responsibility to review this Terms & Conditions page periodically to stay informed of any changes.

The date this page was last updated will always be shown at the top of the document. If you disagree with any changes, you should stop using the platform and close your account before the changes take effect.
